The proposals will cause an unemployment problem and a downturn in the economy. Do we really want to import such problems.

Car use in the city has fallen nearly 10% in 10 years, do we need to the stick of a congestion charge?

So much of the budget seems to be going on non-improvement of tranport.

So many easy and cheaper wins have been ignored.

The figures do not add up, what happens to the shortfall in revenues that official stats predict. A hike in counil tax.

It's fun to have a cause but yongster playing at politics is fun. Remember , you chaps, if you stay in Manchesterwill pick up hte bill.</description>
